Substitute Gaston Sirino scored the decisive goal in the second half, handing Amakhosi their third successive league win and moving them into second place on the log with nine points from three matches.

Chiefs dominated possession and created several chances but were left frustrated by missed opportunities before Sirino’s strike sealed the result. Richards Bay, meanwhile, remain rooted at the bottom of the table with no points after three consecutive defeats.
Cavin Johnson’s men will now shift focus to a tough clash against defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns at FNB Stadium next Wednesday.
